P: Pacientes sometidos a revisión de artroplastia total de rodilla (rTKA) con inestabilidad, aflojamiento aséptico o infección (n=89, edad mediana 74 años).
I: Implante S-ROM rotatorio tipo bisagra (rotating-hinge) de tercera generación.
C: Sin comparador directo (serie retrospectiva consecutiva).
O: Supervivencia del implante a 10 años 93.3%, tasa de revisión 6.7%, reintervención 10.1%, complicaciones patelofemorales muy bajas (~2.25%).
